No. Most of our clients start with a single project. You see the quality of the work and how we operate, and if it is a good fit, many move into an ongoing relationship from there. Our longest client relationships, fifteen years with Diamond & Diamond Lawyers and more than twenty years with D&D Poultry, all started that way.
You do. You own the final videos and photos we deliver. SignatureGold keeps the raw footage and project files in our archive so that if you ever need a new cut, an update, or a modification, we can turn it around quickly without starting from scratch.
It depends on the project. A simple social media video, such as a half-hour shoot with a clean edit, is typically delivered the next day, and most social video is done within one to two days. A TV commercial typically takes about six weeks from the first conversation to the finished spot.
Our ideal client is an established business that needs help getting into the digital age, or that is struggling with social media or marketing that is not producing results. We do take on smaller projects case by case, and a first project is a good way to find out whether we are a fit. Call us and we will tell you straight.
Your first call is a free conversation of about thirty minutes directly with Greg Dean, the founder. Depending on your project, there may be a second or third conversation before anything is proposed. You do not need to prepare anything. Just bring your goals and the problems you are trying to solve.
We do extensive research up front, so by the time a project starts, much of the thinking is already done. Revisions are included in the project price, and because most are small adjustments, we usually turn them around within a day or two. If a project is heading well beyond its original scope, we will talk about it early.
We work directly with the person who makes the decisions and gives the approvals. That keeps feedback moving quickly and avoids projects getting stuck in a chain of people, which matters most when you are up against a tight deadline.
We deliver quarterly performance reports and walk through them with you by phone, so you hear what is working, what is not, and what we recommend next, rather than just receiving a PDF.
Pricing depends on the service, so here are our typical starting points. Social media management usually runs around $3,000 a month. Google Ads management is around $1,200 a month, plus the ad spend. Podcast production is around $4,000 a month. Video and photography shoots are billed at $300 an hour, which works out to about $1,200 for a half day or $2,400 for a full day.
